t it appears the homeowner may be outside on the driver assessing the damage. but, we spoke with one man who was looking in the area about an hour ago who was here when the crash happened. i want you to see the cell phone video. this happened at 1:30 this afternoon. you can see the car was engulfed in flames. police officers tried to use fire extinguishers on that car, but the driver just could not be saved. they say before the crash, the driver was traveling fast on northbound 32 avenue. he bumped a few cars along the street. missed a curb and drove straight into the house. neighbors rushed out of their homes but they could not help. >> one of our neighbors also had mentioned that she went running to the car. obviously couldn't, because, it came up so fast and furiously. >> reporter: again, that house, it also caught fire. firefighters say that no one was home. but they did rescue two dogs that were inside. they also had to get up onto the roof to fight this fire. break a few windows, there is extensive damage to this house. and police say the driver who died
