chris kate back to you. lines further west. >> our anna meiler is live in marlboro with a closer look at the damage there. anna. >> reporter: and kate national grid is on walker street working to clear a massive tree that snapped in half and fell tearing down power lines with it. you can see worker up in the cherry picker using a saw to clear branches and so they can repair wires and return power to the neighborhood as soon as possible. there are about 124 all about 900 in all in middlesex county. the national weather service says a severe weather storm moved across the area between 3 and 4 this morning and a neighbor tls meet wind and -- tells me wind and rain was so strong it shook his house and woke him up. and to give you an idea of how much rain fell the officer says a small creek behind me rose about 3 feet this morning. there are also trees and power lines down on curtis avenue and dartmouth road. the national weather service will send a team to survey the damage and determine if it was caused by a tornado or straight line winds. good news is it appears the rain and wind died down and cleared out of this area and there are no reports of any injuries bu
