home now police are looking for the people who opened fire at each other in front of a denver elementary school. denver7's reporter eric lupher joins us in montbello with more. >> reporter: this is gruesome. according to neighbors a woman % was shot in the face. this happened near ford elementary, in the area of maxwell place and sable, a busy intersection a few blocks away at chambers have video from last night. apparently this started with gunshots between rival groups. this is according to neighbors. that's when they say a woman went outside to investigate, to see what was going on, and then she was shot in the face. we've been in contact with police through the evening, through the morning. they're telling us they have not made any arrests or at least they haven't told us they have any suspect or suspects in custody at this time. the neighborhood ll be clear. morning. but clearly this investigation will continue and a lot of neighbors are trying to figure out how can this be fixed. they say they hear gunshots all the time, sometimes even when the sun is still up. police have actually made some efforts
