reporter: diana and ben, there is still a police presence here at this freda lane home in lowell. neighbors tell three was some sort of party at this house this afternoon and this evening, with family and friends. pa party ending with a 911 call. emergency responders rushed to this home for two children who a neighbor who is a registered nurse ran from his yard and began performing c.p.r. on the little girl after she was pulled from the water. he says there was also a young boy who needed urgent attention. police did confirm to newscenter 5 that these two children are both preschool aged and they were flown by medical helicopter to boston hospitals. one child was unresponsive when pulled from the pool, and police were still waiting for an update on that second can see, investigators have still been coming and going from this property. there is yellow police tape in the back yard around the pool, and also a bounce house that's in the back yard. we've been watching investigators take photos and talk to the people who live in the home. we're on freda lane in lowell, we know that two
