thema: thank you, jeremy. new from overnight -- milwaukee police are looking for a suspect in a deadly shooting. police say a man was shot around midnight on 13th street near west atkinson on the city's northside. officers tried to revive him, but he died at the scene. this morning, milwaukee police are investigating after two teenagers are shot, and another man is stabbed with a sword. 18-year-old carmelo silva died following the shooting. police arrived at 25th and becher shortly before 5:00 yesterday. wisn 12 news ben hutchison spoke with the victim's family. ben: according to milwaukee police, the incident took place in a home here behind me. the family of one of the victims who later died of a gunshot wound says he made it to the corner store. that's where 18-year-old carmelo silva died, this picture provided by loved ones. jorge silva: a lovg ben: his uncle, jorge silva, remembering him as a teen dedicated to his family. jorge silva: my family is grieving deeply, for someone who wouldn't even hurt a fly.

good morning, jeremy. jeremy: good morning. some good news in the forecast. we have mainly cloudy skies here in milwaukee. nothing is showing up on the doppler 12 radar network. it is a dry morning across the network and it should stay dry for the daylight hours, closer to sunset and beyond rain may low to mid-50's, not as chilly. 55 in racine and kenosha. 55 in west bend, and we have generally middle 50's in the milwaukee metro area. here is a look down at the lakefront in racine the winds are picking up. looking at the forecast you can see a breezy day ahead, south to southwest winds around 10 to 20 miles per hour. and highs pushed into the upper 60's, well above average for this time in hawk. and closer to 80 in the seven-day forecast. big changes ahead and sort out the timing andai coming up. thema: thank you, jeremy. in a developing story two men with milwaukee ties have been charged with pledging to support isis. the two men arrested in central texas. they were reportedly on their way to mexico. trying to get papers to travel to syria or iraq. prosector

jeremy: i'm weather watch 12 meteorologist jeremy nelson reporting from oviedo, florida, talking about hurricane matthew. that's scooted well to the northeast. the tropical storm-force winds where i'm located have been dying down. the locals we talked to were less than impressed with this stm, over the years. a lot of trees are down, limbs, and what that did across parts of southeastern florida, it rips cables down. crews have work to do to restore power to neighborhoods and do general cleanup with debris on the secrets. give it a couple of days and the sunshine state will be back. jeremy nelson, back to you. patrick: where is matthew right now? is tracking the hurricane for us. mark: much talk has been about the fact that there's not been a landfall. it stayed just offshore but there is still a huge amount of damage happening in the northeastern part of florida from daytona beach all the way up through jacksonville, now moving into georgia. you can see there is a decent chunk of georgia coastline along the atlantic and then into south carolina. you can see the eye still in tact here.

let's go to jeremy. >> here is the hurricane, 35 miles east of saint august teen florid teen. i -- -- augustine. from augustine, 86 miles per hour. thankfully, the core of the strongest has remains off shore the entire day. there was concern yesterday the eye would graze the florida coastline, that's where we would have seen very intense wind. now, we focus our concern on the -p/ continuation of the wind, but bands of heavy wind and rain moving shore. the eye wall continues to head north, northwest and eventually, will start to curve north toward savannah. charleston, by 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. expected to weaken, category 2 hurricane. as we advance our time line, it begins to peel off to the right and weaken significantly. how much rain is on the way, >> 6, in charleston, south carolina. the wind over the next 24-hours does begin to subside, but, south carolina, georgia coastline -- -- we'll talk more about our weekend forecast in a few minutes. >> we are kind of starting to see some of the devastation that storm is nging behind there in florida. alex is live >> hurricane

here's jeremy reiner. >> jeremy: winds at 105mph moving north at 12mph. category storm. also on the satellite picture here, the warmest colors here. that's where you have your strongest winds off shore. that's the good news there. and likely the stay off shore carolina, early tomorrow morning. at that time it's even weaker than category one storm. then it continues along the north and south carolina coastline. and then it loops back around and weakens significantly next week. it may find its way back into the bahamas next week, but it will be a shadow of itself, nothing like this. this is a powerhouse storm. again, it's moving just east of the georgia coastline heading up toward the south carolina coastline. there's the eyeball. that's where you have 105mph winds. that's off shore. going to be tissue. it will be inland flooding. upward of 6 to 10 inches of rain. then you talk about the storm surge, coastal flooding six to nine feet. brunswick, savannah, up toward charleston and north of charleston four to six feet. our weather, a few showers. i'll have more in a few minu
