look at morgan hill, murphy avenue, san martin central avenue there. as you head down toward gilroy, it is pushing away. gilroy 101 was closed this morning a while because of issues there. thankfully, it is lighter outside. the storm impact scale moving forward is going to be a two for tomorrow. that is moderate. we're still going to see damage from mod rerate to heavy rain during the commute. we have a wind watch tomorrow from noon until midnight for, again, 50 to 60-mile-per-hour gusts, like we dealt with yesterday. here we are through the noon hour. you can see a few sprinkles out there. the north bay, we'll get rain. the south baby 6:00. it could be moderate. then by midnight through tomorrow morning, it starts to fill in. tomorrow's morning commute is going to be wet. look how it opens up at noon through the evening commute. even red showing up during the evening hours. that's when we'll have the greatest potential for damage. rainfall totals are look more than an inch for most of us, except in the south bay. three to four inches in the mountains.

the most recent arrest happened on new year's eve in morgan hill. police said he smelled strongly of alcohol, slurring his words, difficulty standing and not cooperating with officers. since this was his fourth dui arrest in two years, he's facing felony charge. >>> campus police are investigating a deadly accident involveding a contract bus contracted by google. it happened in saratoga right near west valley college. authorities with the community college police department say that that bus ended up striking a 51-year-old woman who was out during the rainstorm. the bus is owned by san francisco-based company as we mentioned, it's contracted by google. the victim apparently was working nearby, but had no affiliation with the college. investigators are still trying to figure out if she was struck while in the crosswalk. >> renters in san francisco will start to see changes over the kurming days meant to save lives. city leaders just -- last year approved new fire codes for apartment complexes. in the aftermath of severaling fires in the mission distr

we'll stay dry, 58 in milpitas, 60 in morgan hill.meda county, also a fairly nice day, 59 in livermore, 56 in walnut creek. peninsula, chilly 53 in daley city, san francisco from 52 along the embarcadero to 55 in the mission. for the north bay, not as sunny as it has been 3 53 in mill valley, 57 in napa. we'll start to get into the rainfall moving close to us by 10:00 p.m. on tuesday night. it's still way off to the north. we probably won't see rainfall beginning to develop until 7:30 in the morning on wednesday. we'll have to wait until the afternoon to get some of the heaviest rainfall. it looks like by 5:00 to 7:00 at night on wednesday we'll start to see some downpours coming down and then eventually more rainfall on the way this week. but i want to take us through this wednesday storm first and then we'll look at the extended forecast. so in terms of the wednesday storm system and how much rainfall we'll get, there's a lot of colors on this as always when we get a larger storm moving in, a lot of orange and red in the north bay.

morgan hill rain early. now you're getting a chance to dry out. rainfall rates close to an inch per hour. it is really coming down and creating more standing water on the roadways, moving through alum rock, and farther north to piedmont and approaching the tri-valley area within the next 20 minutes. still scattered showers in the forecast throughout the day. and it will be rolling through as we get on the back edge of this weather system and finally winding down later this evening. we have a chance of rain that will be falling before dryer air and cooler air moves in later on on tonight. the last drought update was just last thursday. we're getting ready for the new one to come out today. it looks like we are still abnormally try for parts of the south bay, into the east bay. and we are still in a severe drought. but all our reservoirs are near or at capacity. we have had such high amounts of rain in santa rosa, 177% of normal. for livermore, 11 inches for the water year. so a lot of rain. we're also about the coastal flooding with king tides come

kpix 5's maria medina joins us live from morgan hill to explain why this rv park is so vulnerable. maria. >> reporter: good morning, michelle. yeah. these residents were ordered to get out by 5:00 tonight or their homes could be flooded. or they could be trapped inside the thousand trails campground. these people are no stranger to flooding. last year, this was the scene captured by cell phone by a woman who lives here at thousand trails after heavy rains caused the uvas reservoir to spill over into the uvas river and that river runs right through the thousand trails campground and right on a bridge that's the only way to get in and out of the campground. they were suddenly evacuated last year and had only minutes to get out. >> and we just thought about get over that bridge and then we'll figure it out later. we'll lose our trailer and everything inside it. >> reporter: so dozens were told to stay at a nearby church. that's where they slept until those waters receded so they are no stranger again to flooding. this year the property owner has told them they can stay at a nearby rv
