basically city hall, market street, headed east toward the river, portions of 12th street, and 13th street, also will be closed, as we saw in steve'st the metal barricades, along the sidewalks, which will prevent people from crossing the street, even at the corners, there is no parking signs, the ppa will be out to enforce it. if you need to come into center city today, the best bet is mass transit. the market frankford line is the way to go t runs underground it, will not be impacted by any of the motorcade closures, or any of the protests, the only change is that the market frankford line is not going to stop at the 13th street station. it will bypass 13th, and go right to city hall. getting on the market frankford line, you can enter the subway there at 11th street, or the 15th street dilworth plaza station, the broad street subway is not impacted at all by today's event. all of the septa bus route that roll in and out of center city, any of the bus route east of city hall will be on detour. there is about 15 of them. we have a list up on my facebook page, and of course septa's page, new jersey transit buses will all be detoured
