i thought with university of delaware closed and the city of newark closed, we could see more people out here too. pretty much all we have is people shoveling and some businesses are closed and some are open. di dia diablo burrito is open. maybe as lunch hour comes around and some of the businesses start opening again and the governor's level one driving restriction is taken away we'll see more people out here. we want to find people sledding and having fun with this. but as we've said, it's not a real sledding snow. it's a heavy wet snow. there's still some flurries in the area. we have seen a little bit of sunshine. it's kind of a weird day. at this point it's not the happy, happy, fun, fun foot of powder you'd go sledding in. i still thought we'd see kids outside playing football. look at the left side of the picture right now. that's on main street in newark. no place to park down here at the metered spots. so be careful if you're out. 95, we have seen a number of cars off to the side. we saw a mercedes-benz facing the wrong direction out on 896 at south college avenue. spun out
