but i grew up with mcdonald i go back to 1965. a lot of political work a lot of consulting i had a management consulting business. mcdonald's needed to get into the university of new mexico and they had tried and tried and were able to crack that venue. so they came to me. someone gave them my name they said just go look to him and maybe he knows people who can get in touch with and make a difference and they did. and we got them into the university of new mexico. the university and mcdonald's couldn't agree on the contract. but they have the opportunity to go in. so they left this is part of the in. to help and as they left one of them gave me an application. we think you would make a great mcdonald's owner operator. so they left me an application but i felt it in, this was back in new mexico. went to dallas had an interview, had three subsequent interviews. had to go with my wife and son for an interview. so we went through three months of interviews and probably nine people they finally give me an opportunity to go to work for
