it is my job to be a debbie downer.i look at things that are going on i'm always trying to look at what are the risks here and where should we be advising our clients? there are certainly risks out there. i do not foresee and most analysts do not foresee some type of event crash happening in 2018. but it is not out of the realm to expect a correction of 10 to 20 percent. there's a lot of factors out of our control. in the american economy.look at china for example. they just the $133 million into the economy last week. to try and shore up liquidity. their huge debt issues. china is a world second biggest economy and do you remember back in early january, 2016, the chinese market dropped by 18 percent over a few weeks for the american market dropped by eight percent. in today's numbers, that can be a 2000 point drop. china is a perfect example of something that could go wrong. and then have an impact on race. of course then there are other international things good at war with north korea would have a big issue for us. a
