i've been talking to the ntsb as well as the federal railroad administration. both are aware of what has happened but have not yet started a go team. i would suspect that would happen in very short order especially given the fact there are members of congress onboard this train. again, the federal railroad administration and the ntsb jointly investigate incidents involving trains. amtrak is only saying this happened at about 11:20 and the trash truck was on the tracks. we don't know if there was an intersection there, a crossing that failed to, in some way, failed to notice there was a train coming. we simply don't have the facts there but i think, andrea, from the photograph it's pretty clear we're looking at a lot of trash that has been thrown about the area. the injuries and possible fatality are all associated with that truck. >> tom costello, let's talk about what they next have to do. typically in an accident like this, even assuming it wasn't involving members of congress and the speaker of the house of representatives and so many senators and members wh
