penndot just pulled up on the scene right now. it's all blocking the left lane.slowing here on i-95 northbound. looks like more emergency workers trying to make their way to the scene now as you're heading northbound towards academy you're dealing with the left lane being blocked with this multi-vehicle accident. we've been slow this morning on the vine street expressway as well and look at that westbound traffic, still pretty slow from eighth street to broad street. we had a disabled vehicle there that has cleared but nonetheless still slow on the vine and the vine mostly wet but big news here on 422 in berks county, they've now shut down 422 eastbound in berks county and douglassville and this is because we had two separate accidents, one involving three vehicles and we were hearing someone trapped inside one of the vehicles. emergency workers are there but this is 422 eastbound near 662. for awhile just the shoulder was getting by but now they're stopping all traffic. so stick to 724 as your alternate as people are going about 4 miles an hour near that scene.
