even past valentine's day most of these storms tracking well to the north impacting canada, washington, oregonbut not so much for california. so for us that means another day of record-breaking temperatures. yesterday we tied a few records around town. today will be even warmer. 78 expected for san jose. oakland 76. same with san francisco. so these will break records that were set back in 2006 for san francisco. here's the high temperatures in the area: so sunshine all across the area. temperatures across the north bay in the upper 70s, even some 80s for st. helena, rohnert park, it will be warm out there. and here's a look at the rainfall that we have not received. so this is the rainy season. we are supposed to get our storms now. but we are less than 60% of average. so unfortunately, we are waiting for that rain. and unfortunately, it's not in the forecast. sierra snowfall no new snow in the forecast but it's going to be gorgeous on the slopes. >> by this weekend a storm in the northwest and down to new mexico. we'll get an increase of wind as well so you can see here saturday, sunday, mos
