a rescue boat towed the submarine to the emeryville marina where it was registered and tagged. ( darya ) police have arrested a woman who ran over a c-h-p officer in san francisco. police say nicole wade dragged the officer more than a thousand feet... as she tried to drive away from a traffic stop friday night. she eventually crashed into the side of a bridge rail. the officer has been released from the hospital.
