i think it has everything to do with feminism. but, for me it's been wonderful to know that although there are different ways and approaches but i do have that support. in terms of how i balance things when i have a new approach that is it necessarily received with excitement from. one of the board members was teasing me and said i could be your great daughter. i think for me it's been about tenacity continuing to show people why this change does not negate legacy or history, builds upon it. i believe in that. we just saw yesterday at the march for our lives it could not have happened if black lives matter didn't happen. it can happen to this other work had not been done. it's something i like to connect dots. finally, i think the self-care part is important. i'm doubling down on taking care of myself. you talk about moving from survival to thriving. i'm big into getting my acupuncture and being intentional about it. letting may staff and i need to take care myself a meditating in my office and letting people know that's what i'm
