shen ali bostic is with us. the numbers are stunning.ording to your research we have 145 new campaigns in the first two quarters against 136 companies. why have we seen such a rapid pace? >> it is incredible. those quarters represent over 70 and tax each quarter which is a high water mark for a quarterly rate. there are three reasons, the m&a market with a $2.5 trillion fuel and m&a deal it is driving shareholder activism. in one third of shareholder activism there is an m&a involved. the second is the hunt for alpha. valuations are extended in the u.s.. long only investors, traditional investors, hedge funds are looking for edge. the third thing is there has been an emboldening of the investor market by what has happened over the last few years and activism. boards are more receptive to activist ideas, management teams are engaging versus fighting. there are a number of factors. >> you had mentioned before you are seeing more people join the $10 billion club. putting more money into these campaigns. i'm wondering who is joining the $10
