thom jensen is live at chase. what is the plan to keep things running smoothly tonight. >> reporter: well they do have a plan. they're working on it for a long time, not only chase center but muni. muni said they are prepared for the transportation needs when there are big events at both of these major venues. tonight the first dual test of many to come including more later this week. oracle park and chase center are only a mile apart and they share the same muni line. they have the event rail service with extension to chase center and increased number of trains on the line tonight. and wherever there is a concert or another event, that is the plan moving forward. changes could be made according to muni depending on how things go. people in the field are taking notes. chasen couraged concert-goers to take the buses from the mission station to the concert and concert tickets serve as muni tickets so fans could get to the arena here for anything, whether it be a concert or a warriors game. just last friday muni had

thom? >> reporter: these are potential mandatory shutoffs, not mandatory right now, about you it could affect more than 33,000 pg&e customers just in sonoma county. we're in sonoma right now. there are red flag fire weather warnings across northern california, and parts of the north bay and east bay hills, warnings start at 9:00 tonight and lasting through 5:00 wednesday morning across the north bay and the east bay hills. dry north winds, low humidity and increasingly high winds tuesday morning creating a lot of concern in the area. trying to mitigate fire dangers, pg&e has specifically put out warnings to nine counties, where they anticipate there could be troubles, mostly in the sierra foothills and also lake county, they put out warnings earlier, but pg&e now added napa and sonoma counties to the list. about 10,500 customers could be affected in napa county and 33,500 customers here in sonoma county could get their power shut off. no definite shutoffs again have been announced but pg&e

last week nbc bay's's thom jensen went on a ride along and fly along with the oakland police, went up in a chopper as they worked to crack down on side shows over the labor day weekend and they're back at it now. you can watch his report at nbcbayarea.com. >>> a daring rescue caught on camera. take a look at a helicopter video from the coast guard, saving firefighters from a wildfire. early friday morning coast guard went into action near canyon creek in the trinity alps winderness area northwest of redding. amazing video. firefighters say two crew members were hit by falling rocks while trying to put out the middle fire. the coast guard saved the injured firefighters with the fire only ten yards away. that was close. firefighters are now recovering in the hospital. they have serious head, back and leg injuries. >>> hurricane dorian continues to wreak havoc along the coast. it is day 11 of this storm, and this time dorian is doing a lot of damage along the outer banks of north carolina. this is some video of that right there. the storm even sparking tornados in parts of the state. >>
