what we did is then peel out the number of jobs that would be for san francisco only to remove the san mateo county portion for their database. and here you see the growth and high wage jobs, moderate jobs, low wage jobs just for san francisco our estimate, which amounts to 61,728 jobs just in that three-year period and of those moderate and low. and using the ratio the jobs to housing ratio from 2018, we came up with 14,498 units. what has been produced during that period is 2,913 units leaving a deficit of 11,585 as of 2018. and that number is a coincidence, but it's similar to what was the results on the last slide using the regional housing goals for san francisco. so we have a similar deficit number as of 2018. so what is the city doing to address this? we identified and have some information in the report about the jobs housing linkage fee. that's tied to commercial development only, non-residential development for developments over 25,000 gross square feet. and next the analysis was completed this year by an outside consultant, prepared for the office of economic and workforce d

san francisco, you're gonna notice this the most. it's gonna be a dramatic change between now and then. those numbers are already where san francisco will be on thursday. san francisco today, only at 78. we've got quite the jump coming our way. overnight lows, warm, relatively speaking. we're keeping it in the 50s in the north bay. that's a nice evening. we're already feeling some of the onshore flow. it's not terribly flow. but there's just enough of an offshore flow that it's keeping the temperatures warm overnight. if you look ahead to tomorrow, the numbers are very similar to today for most of us. it's not tomorrow when we do that big jump near the coast. it'll be thursday when we do that. it goes right along with when the strongest winds pick up here through the north bay hills and the east bay hills. that gets us ahead to thursday at midnight. the streamlines are taking it over the peninsula. the winds are the other stories. a little bit later in the day thursday, we're gonna peak on the wind gusts late wednesday night and 1:00 am thursday morning. here in the east bay hills, it's gonna come a little later. it won't just be the mountains where we notice the winds. concord

san francisco giants and golden state warriors. using water as a mode of transportation is not only amazing but a great ride. it is so relaxing. want to thank my family in the golden gate bridge board. they have really been great partners with san francisco and with water transit. we are happy to have you all here today to join us. bay area council. thank you, jim wonder man, the port and warriors and really doing this kind of thing takes a lot of people to make it happen. this is just the temporary location. fingers crossed for the permanent location. we are hoping to get that thing open sooner rather than later. when that happens it is going to be a game changer boaster is going to be right there. who wouldn't want to basically hospital on the ferry to get to a warriors game or go to a concert. the way to time it will be absolutely outstanding. this is the future of san francisco, making it possible to get around easily and to make sure that we are doing good-bye the environment and reducing congestion and making it a great experience. we want people to enjoy themselves when they are trying to get in and out of san francisco
