the day will be nice and sunny and let's take a look at this view in san jose, you can see the rain drops on the camera lens. even though, once again, you're getting your kids ready for school and it's kind of raining, sprinkling at this point, it won't be like that all day. you may be wondering how are we doing with the water year? it's not too good for santa rosa, we're at 84% where we should be though we've measured over 13 1/2 inches of rain, a deficit of two and a half inches. san francisco, we're at about 64% of normal. we are still lacking several inches of rain. doing the worst in livermore, parts of the tri-valley measuring about a quarter of what we should be measuring at this point for the water year and in san jose we've gotten about half of the normal amount. as we go into the weekend we'll see this weather system pushing out and another one right behind that and this rain won't last that long throughout the day. it's moving so quickly. most of us a tenth up to a quarter inch of rain. here is the saturday storm system. it's going to be moving by fairly quickly. we'll have a bit of a break in be
