someone who would been in prison, xl, who came to leadership following civil war in talking to michele bessel out we were talking to someone who had been imprisoned, tortured had to flee into exile. it's a very different experience from teresa mays or hillary clinton and other women that we interviewed for the book. big differences in culture and context. and yet when you got them talking about gender they would go to issues they would talk about being judged on appearance questions. the implications of their family structure being the subject of more inquiry than they would be for men. being on this tight rope, all thinking very deeply about role modeling and what they could do to make a difference for other women, and on and on were touching points. that really reinforced in me there is sexism and misogyny globalize phenomenon. the men are on the expression in the amplitude of it may differ from place to place. this is something that brings women together. and something women and men globally have to address. >> thank you. so one last one. tactics to be used for gender sidelining or discrim
