. >> according to a new report to parents lived in san francisco and were found dead in the sierra nationalest likely died trying to save their infant daughter during a day where there is extreme heat back in august. the family was discovered on a hiking trail along with their dog who also died. investigators think the baby died first in the parents then made several attempts to help the child. the new findings reveal the mother's body was found up a hill about 13 feet from the rest of the family leading investigators to assume that she was trying to hike up the hill to get help at the time. some speculated that toxic algae bloom may have contributed to the death before investigators eventually ruled it. they had all died of hyperthermia got up to a 109 degrees that day and family is believed to have not have enough water and baby formula with them. tonight. the city of pleasanton is voting on banning smoking in private homes such as townhomes and condos. the vote comes as some families have expressed concern to the city about secondhand smoke coming from other units going into theirs. if a
