michael. as you pointed out. donald trump has famously criticize people for invoking the fifth amendment privilege against self incrimination. of course, it is a legitimate privilege. all of us have the ability to do it. if you invoke it and say a deposition, it means that the fact that you invoked it can't even be used against you and any subsequent criminal case because you have a presumption of innocence. no duty to testify. a jury can't know that you have the ability. if there should be civil trial and the question came up about what trump's answer was during his deposition, the jury would be permitted to know that he had invoked his fifth amendment right against self incrimination. they can draw an adverse inference from his refusal that it might have been something that was negative about his activities. so, it does have consequences and this instance where those two parallel proceedings, one civil and one criminal. >> it is that pressure on donald trump right now that we are all going to be watching and paying a
