have this video of a grass fire that started today on a hill near the eastbound lanes of 80 on the carquinezdge. you got so close to lanes 3, 4, that they had to shut down the bridge for a little while for our crew saying it got within 100 yards of some people's y mes as well. officials this fire is now under control. quickly now to the south bay where san jose police are investigating a shooting that killed a man earlier this morning. this happened on meridian way and pedro street about 4.30. this is the city's 7th homicide of the year. and san jose police say they have now made arrest. in the city's 6th homicide of the year. investigators say that this man here, a meal mirador shot and killed a man in march 20th in the area being a grande and via romero. the victim died of a gunshot wound. and that happened yesterday. the arrest was made yesterday as well. coming up here tonight at 6 o'clock, san francisco mayor london breed and state senator scott wiener have a plan now to get more affordable housing in san francisco. >> so what's different about this plan compared all the others that we'
