clear up some rumors that are circulating over the weekend. >> kron 4 sarah stinson joining us from san francisco to explain. good morning, sara. >> that's right. this morning on live from the pelosi home in this pacific heights neighborhood and believe that nancy pelosi is at this home where her husband was attacked with a hammer. let's just get right down to take a look at who are talking about who's accused of attacking paul pelosi. and that is david to pop. he was accused of breaking into the pelosi home around 2.30 friday morning yelling where's nancy? before severely beating mister pelosi. the pop is still in the hospital. police would not say why he is there, but did say the 42 year-old is expected to be formally charged today with attempted murder assault of a deadly weapon, burglary and elder abuse. paul pelosi is also still in the hospital, recovering from surgery for a skull fracture and other injuries. sources with the associated press ad pop had zip ties on him during the attack. and we've confirmed with police that house speaker nancy pelosi was the intended target. the congresswoman in her security detail were in dc at the time. san francisco district attorney brooke jenkins said paul pelosi did not know his attacker. she spoke with us yesterday to clear up any misinformation. she says circulated over the weekend. >> and so there are some things police were able to arrest him after a brief struggle. the woman wasn't physically hurt, thankfully, but aclison has now been booked into the solano county jail on multiple charges, including will take on the role of keeping track of new court orders and assisting police departments in recovery of weapons. just in little san mateo county, we have almost 800 people who are on the prohibited north bay valleys, you are included. you don't have it in the city, peninsula, or east bay shoreline, but you will get down to the mid-40s. south bay, you've got the frost advisory, and inland valleys of the easty are included. if you look at the current numbers, you see the differences that we've gotten down to the mid-40s for our inland valleys, even low 40s up here, but temperatures have hung around to 50 in the immediate baby that shows you the influence of having a more humidity can keep you warmer. if we look at the top of the sales force tower, one of the benefits of having a dry air besides the fact is got to get cold if you don't develop fog, so we're not dealing with visibility issues on the road, and on the flipside of getting colder in the morning, dry air allows you to warm up more in the afternoon, and we're going to in the mid-70s today for many of those inland valleys. it will be dry, relatively calm afternoon, gianna, so no fog. >>> are you seeing any issues on the road? >> i'm not seeing any fog. the golden gate bridge will be nice, as well as the north bay. a little wind reported in the altamont. hopefully that will ease in a little bit. as you head out of the altamont pass

identified as a bb gun in the middle of the fight, according to the press, democrat witnesses they saw someone pull a bb gun in the middle of the chaos. the team then ran away, hid behind a nearby restaurant at d and second street, petaluma. police arrested a 17 year old boy he's being accused of displaying a replica gun and possessing a bb gun in public. has been booked into the sonoma county juvenile hall to fairfield, where high school student is in custody for having a loaded gun on campus. police arrested a student army oh high school after school resource officer learned the boy had threatened to harm another student. during a search of his backpack. police found a loaded gun with an extended magazine officers are not releasing any information on the student given his age, he was taken to solano county juvenile hall. happening today, nevada school officials and law enforcement will discuss safety measures on school campuses after two teenage boys were stabbed an elementary school earlier this week. one of them remains in the hospital in critical condition. novato police are still investigating what happened, and now parents say they want better security at the school because they're worried for their children's safety. since may. there's been freaking into into the bathrooms on a constant basis. there's been windows broken from the library to the kindergarten play yard, perhaps cameras and just beefing it up all around. we really need it. a school facility plan that goes back to 2016 included the installation of video cameras at linwood elementary, but that left for anyone to guess so. the powerball keeps climbing. we've seen customers this morning coming into the gas station, buying up more powerball tickets, some 10 at a time and employee at this gas station says he has a customer who comes every day and spends at least $100 a day on the powerball. the odds of winning are just one in 292.2 million when hearing the news this morning that someone here in the area hannah $1.5 million winning ticket. his motivation to keep playing. it just makes it real. it means that you know, there's a there's a chance for anybody. ball jackpot is now the
