now following a stabbing and shooting in vallejo. police say it happened just before 7.30, yesterday morning near homeless encampment at 3rd and lemon streets. that's right near the prince of peace missionary baptist church. one person was shot and killed of the other. 2, 1, was stabbed. both are in critical condition. police haven't yet arrested anybody for this. a 25 year-old now recovering after being shot in union city. in this case, it happened just after 6.30, yesterday morning along lunar way. union city police say shots were heard in the area when they got there. that's when they found the man with the wound. police believe the shooting was isolated. no word on a suspect yet. let you know if they do issue anything. new. >> it's 809, and prosecutors in alameda county of dropped murder charges against a hayward man for a triple homicide. that happened in oakland. the case against jonathan ziegler was dismissed last week. he had been charged with this triple killing that happened in august in west oakland because his car was lin
