do you have any questions? all right. well, thanks very much. committee any questions, comments? just one question. since you exceeded your plan, improvements in multiple areas, what do you think enabled you to do that? i'm sorry, i didn't hear the last part. what enabled you to complete that more work than was originally planned? oh, sure. i think in a lot of you know, we do have low bid system for a lot of our projects that we issue out to contract in some cases we are our our estimates versus what the contractor actually bids ends up being, you know, a little bit lower. it does fluctuate sort of, you know, with the market. and so, you know, this bond was from from 2011 and we implement we were in construction implementing projects all the way through to 2019. so there was a lot of opportunities where we did have some cost savings. you know, to be honest, some instances in some instances it was on the opposite side, right? where we had to we had some overruns or had some change orders and such. but but overall, i believe we had some savings that we were able to utilize and impl
