ira c i chief jim lee and fbi fda investigative services division chief, daniel burke. we are here today to announce the results of an unprecedented international enforcement operation led by the fbi known as operation specter. to against traffickers of fentanyl and other drugs who operate on the dark web. operation specter was a coordinated international law enforcement effort spanning three continents to disrupt drug trafficking on the dark web. it involved agencies across the federal government along with our partners at europol and euro just and law enforcement agencies in eight foreign countries. it was led by the department's joint criminal opioid and dark net enforcement or j code team . across the us and eight other countries operation spect to -- spector resulted in a total of 288 arrests and the seizure of 117 illegal firearms, 850 kg of drugs and $53. -- 54 point million -- $53.4 million in cash and cryptocurrency. this represents the most funds seized in the highest number of arrests in any coordinated international action led by the justice department again

dustin ho, and lee man kitt and jim yue. i may mispronounce that. >> good afternoon. i am in intern cardiologist. my office is in chinatown and has been for over 15 years. i am currently the president of the chinese committee health care organization, representing over 180 physicians in san francisco. most of us use chinese hospital as a place to care for our patients. most of them are seniors who are poorly educated. we have witnessed the care provided by the hospital. many years ago, i also benefited from the generosity of a hospital. i was a student at berkeley, and i was able to get immunization, and these other things that were needed for medical school registration. and after i graduated from georgetown, i immediately decided i want to come back to the city, to serve my community. with the newly constructed hospital, will be able to continue these traditions, with new technology and also the care will be much more effective and efficient with very limited health care dollars. the physicians fully support this hospital rebuilding project and hopefully we will be

let's bring in jim tapers-lee. he's in the taxes industry. jim, did you think we would not see such a dip and it would just be more sustained? >> it's part hard to predict what the market will do now, but there was a big rally yesterday probably in anticipation of what the fed ended up doing today. i think there's lots of reasons, maybe, why there's a slide today. it could be maybe the markets were expecting even more signs from the chairman that he was willing to cut rates further if this gets really bad. it probably also is just, you know, some gyrations after the big gains yesterday. >> and the president, you've heard this, he is saying that he wants the fed to keep cutting even after this cut. interest rates, as you know, are down. they're around 1%. would this be wise to keep cutting? >> well, it's extraordinary what's happened already. the fed has not yet seen a hard economic data point that says the economy needs more stimulus right now. what it's seen is just a big crash in sentiment numbers and the projections that forecasters have th
