we have to blame the mainstream c, and the, msnb democrats for screwing this up by not allowing our presidento act as he should have when they were trying to remove him from office. guest: i tend to look at this issue from a public health perspective. irrespective of who is in authority at any moment. it was a good idea to to ban travel. every public health expert will tell you it was going to come here eventually. all the travel ban did was biased time. then the question becomes what happened during that time? there is a governmental apparatus that is supposed to prepare and respond to public health emergencies. when we look back at this, we will have to determine whether we responded effectively. we have examples in terms of other countries that had a massive mobilization and response to the introduction of the virus in their communities and as a result have been able to suppress the virus spread, flatten that curve so systems are not as overwhelmed. some countries are not doing as well. we will know in the next couple weeks, weather -- whether we are more like south korea or more like ital

cellphone and got interrupted by a phone by a bottom from delaware that i knew and she said i heard on msnb that treasury sent out $1.4 billion to dead people. why don't you do something about it? we've been talking about, thinking about doing something about it for a long time -- a long time. and we're still talking about doing something about it. and i think the time has come to do something about it. and that's sort of where we are at this point in time. and i -- i understand that it's being discussed off the floor for a little bit. maybe one of our colleagues has an objection to this bill, the consideration of this bill and unanimous consent. it ain't like -- it's been out there for people to raise objections and raise concerns, they've had seven years to do that. and for seven years g.a.o. said please fix this part of the mispayment program. it doesn't fix $150 billion, but it is a good start. i don't know anybody in their right mind who would say we should deny to send checks to folks who are deceased. it didn't make sense in 2013 when it was presented to g.a.o., it doesn't make sense

barack obama, by the way, in 2008 when he beat mccain msnb, goes to biden tonight.s get their first electoral vote out of nebraska in a dozen years. how about that? think about that. we're at 1:30 on the east coast. for all of our talk about this and that state to flip, the first flip didn't happen until 1:30 tonight and it is a single congressional district in nebraska. otherwise, this map is holding to form from what we saw four years ago. >> unbelievable. still no call. we have a characterization on maine. what have you got? >> georgia. we've been monitoring this in the atlanta metro area. a ton the of outstanding votes. we did just get a bunch from gwinnett county. there's not much left to come. we think a little over tem,000 votes. biden will win the county. that will be progress for democrats. this is going to be upwards. what did that do to the tally? trump is still ahead by 206,000 votes. a lot of these late ballots were cast same day. that might have benefited trump a little more because he's doing better with the same day ballots. so again, 236,000 votes.
