we originally got a complaint about a month and a half ago about ventilation holes they cut i don't persevere to be an issue but the building code may i don't know about cutting holes into the walls but nevertheless, the neighbors are serious about whatever issues they preserve so what we'll be doing performing residential sound inspection to figure out the impact that the noise impact is compliant or not and also i'll be - i talked to the operator about the issues before but we didn't get deep but nevertheless, i think there are things they can do immediately to take care of the sounds like situation if there is a sound wlaek like look at it scientifically you'll update you on that that and expect more information to come forward you and know in the letter they talked about people urinating and playing the radios and no security when the club closes i know you'll inspection the actual but did you talk about the security. >> not particularly about that i go by every weekend and don't see that at all i've never seen that but they live there. >> a friendly reminder didn't hurt. >> rig
