we're jammed at this point from approaching cottman to approaching allegheny.go is because we had a disabled septa bus that was blocking right lane. it cleared because it was full of passengers. imagine your morning commute for those people. that is cleared but because a lane was blocked for awhile we're still really jammed right here. we have new video just coming in to us right now. i want to show it. this is olney fisher avenue at front street, an accident involving an overturned vehicle. look at that vehicle completely on its roof and can you see some of the shots right there in that area? i want to show you if we can kind of go back a little bit. looks like we saw some ice on the roads with that as well so you got to be careful. david has been saying we have some slick spots in the area and in the area of this vehicle we're kind of seeing you not own have glass on the road but you see some of the shine and ice right near that area where it flipped and overturned and it landed on a parked car. a horrible scene. we're just getting this video in now in olney.
