philadelphia police say it happen at last shot tavern at allegheny and salmon street just before midnight. police rush the 41 year-old man to temple hospital where he is in critical condition. eyewitnesses tell police it all started as a fist fight that spilled outside until one man pulled a gun and started shooting at the victim and tried to run back into the bar. >> while being shot at, the victim ran back inside of the bar, in order to get away but the shooter continued to fire, and fired at least two shots, through the front glass door of the bar. >> philadelphia police credit alert bar patrons for helping to track down that shooter. the eyewitnesses followed the gun man and wrote down his license plate number. that allowed police to make an arrest of the man a short time later. >>> a man who once jumped the white house fence was shot and killed at chester county courthouse. the suspect is identified as 34 year-old curtis smith of coatsville. now police say smith entered the justice center just before noon, ran up to the deputy and began slashing him. another deputy opened fire. that
