. >> reporter: good morning, allison, good morning, tony.he number of cases here continues to grow. we he a fifth victim that's now come forward. this is a case that hadn't been reported until police went public with information on these cases. that woman said she was fondled here in this springfield neighborhood last month. it is the same place that another woman said she was victimized just three days ago. police released a sketch of the suspect. he's described as a man in his 30s, dark eyes and a neatly trimmed beards. the victims say he approaches from behind, doesn't say anything when suddenly grabs and fondles them and runs away. he has victimized at least five women or teenage girls at three different locations in the springfield area. neighbors in these areas are alarmed and on the lookout. >> it's disgusting. i'd put a stop to it myself. and i've heard other people say that. >> whenever i go out, i certainly look around to see if i can see this guy. the police ask me to do that, i'm going to do that. >> reporter: the suspect seems t

. >> reporter: good morning, allison. prince george's county had already brought in road crews this morning for a preplanned snow drill. but with hurricane sandy barreling towards the east coast, they now found themselves in the midst of hurricane preparations. as snow plows headed out this morning for a dry run, they had a secondary mission, clear backed up storm drains and check for trees that could be a threat to power lines. the command center will be ready and they'll have extra man power at pumping stations in case of flooding. the hurricane is expected to pack high winds, pounding rain and heavy surf up and down the east coast, as it heads through the area in the coming days. virginia, the state of emergency operation center is prepared to implement emergency operation plans. it's the same across the region, as emergency planners get ready should the hurricane deliver a devastating blow. >> it can be projected to be a horrendous storm and it veers and goes away. so it makes it a little bit precarious for us to know

good morning, allison. the two prince george's county police officers are james harrison and reginald baker. they are accused of using excessive force in assaulting student jack mckenna during a victory celebration after a basketball game. that beating was captured on videotape. a student recorded the assault from a dorm room window. it shows officers in riot gear striking mckenna with metal batons. he was walking on a sidewalk, hit repeatedly when he approached officers on horseback. this all happened after a spontaneous celebration that followed the terps victory over rival duke in march 2010. students swarmed in the street on route 1. police say they were unruly and out of control burning trash cans, tearing down signs, throwing projectiles at officers. more than 30 people were arrested for disorderly conduct, most of them students including mckenna. his lawyers say he suffered a concussion and contusion. now initially mckenna was charged with assault on a police officer. all of the charges against him w
