i'm alma daetz. >> and i'm larry beil.tificate suffered minor injuries in the incident and was taken to the hospital. this happened overnight near leix way in south san francisco. abc7 news reporter kate larson has the latest in the investigation. kate? >> reporter: larry and alma, i can tell you south san francisco police san mateo county district attorney's office is tight lipped about their investigation. neighbors here are very rattled after bullets went flying literally last night. i actually spoke to some women who were downstairs in this greenhouse watching tv when multiple bullets went through their upstairs bedroom. fortunately they decided to stay up late and weren't upstairs asleep yet. >> they just said, drop your guns, drop your guns three times. >> reporter: through the overnight fog, she watched from her window as south san francisco police pulled out their guns. >> he opened up his trunk. he pulls out this big rifle. then he ran back on court. and then that's when the gunshots start shooting. >> reporter: s

leslie. >> reporter: some new developments, alma. the park is closed today. but investigators are drilling into the angle of this green slide, the emerald slide, the emerald plunge it's called. cal osha said many speed slides in california have 30 degree drops. this one is extreme with an 830 degree dr -- 80 degree drop. it is all part of the investigation. there was an accident saturday, a boy careened out of the bottom trough during the grand opening of this water park. just the day before, cal osha gave the green light and issued a permit for the ride. after they said the water park owned by the city of dublin, corrected a long list of issues noted in an april inspection, including loose bolts at the base. they are zeroing in on now on what they say appear to be pooling or puddling of water in the trough at the bottom. >> because that may have contributed to the accident, so that's one of the things that they will be looking eight very, very closely. >> reporter: does that then apply to slides like the emerald plunge at other parks? >> you know, that's a g
