amtrak police say two men got into an altercation between antioch and stockton. they don't believe the men were traveling together. paramedics took the victim to an area hospital and he appears to be in good condition. the officers arrested the other rider. >>> a pilot is describing how he survived when the virgin galactic spaceship broke up in the sky miles above southern california. he grew up in davis and earned his pilot's license at the age of 16. he is now out of the hospital. federal investigators say he told them he was unaware that his copilot unlocked the spacecraft's reentry braking system too soon. he says he was still strapped into his seat when the crash broke up and managed to unbuckle his seat belt. that triggered his parachute. that's how he survived. the copilot died in the crash on october 31st. >>> a new push at the state capitol for the governor to abandon his plan for the water project. two groups joined forces to ask the governor to find another solution. the project is to build 45 mile long underground tunnels to transport water from the d
