so some delays out of chelmsford with that crash. 93 south heavy out of andover all the way down on 128. and then more volume to the leverett connector. trains and buses still on schedule. emily, randy. randy: breaking overnight, a deadly fire at a shelter in paxton. emily: the eye's erika tarantal is here with the desperate attempts to rescue dozens of animals trapped inside. erika: just a devastating scene overnight at the sweetpea friends of rutland animals shelter. flames had already engulfed the building by the time firefighters arrived so sadly there was little they could do for the animals. they, along with volunteers who rushed to the shelter help, were able to save five dogs but seven were killed along with 30 cats. one dog is in critical condition. we just learned that one cat did survive through social media this morning. through facebook shelter staff did put out a plea for donated supplies, simple things like dog stores. the pleasant street shelter is a non-profit, no-kill rescue group. it's not clear how the fire started. todd, out to you. todd: thank you. new this morning
