news4's angie goff is in montgomery county. morning to you. well, as commuters brace for a day without metro, this is a morning a lot of people are trying to get to work. we are here at the metro station, grovener at metro station. and they're waiting for the metrobuses. i-270 is predicted to be pretty bad. just when you think something on that road couldn't get any worse something like this happens. it was announced earlier that the i 270 hov lanes would eventually be open to all traffic. then this morning, we got an alert that montgomery county decided to reverse that decision. we don't know why. we're working to find that out. a lot of people are going to consider that. and hopefully, the situation will be relaxed considering situation. we checked in virginia, i-95 and 395, express lanes, those are going to run normally. what does that mean for drivers taking them? that means there's a huge possibility for more traffic and crowded lanes. the tolls can be extremely high but transirvin tweeting out they plan to donate the extra from tolls. >>
