this is right before coming southbound from northeast philadelphia you will see betsy ross, aramingoue exit and that is where this is. now you can see why it is major and because it is, blocking two lanes, in both directions. you can see traffic getting by now and it looks like it may be going fast because it is only 4:30 in the morning. this was a tractor trailer and see what it was loaded with, sticky garbage. it cooled off all night. this will make for a long clean up. you can see tractor trailer on its side. there is a fuel spill and make it up here a bunch of kitty litter. the fuel and litter is all in the shoulder. it won't be in the left lane, much once they get this out and they have to sweep that up. but you've got one lane getting by, in each direction. if you are driving here in the middle of the night you can still get by and once you get by the scene you can pick up the speed again. because it is so early we don't have major backups. they are hoping this will be out of here sometime between 6:00 and 7:00 o'clock. when this guy was driving southbound,'s parentally fell as
