i live at 21 quintara at the proposed location by at&t. when i moved to this street quintara, the street was a dumping ground for unwanted debris. garbage. the community and my family have turned this into a beautiful place. it is truly a beautiful spot. as you drive down south, ask any of the neighbors, ask anyone about this space. has it changed for the better? yes. our city should protect and cherish the transformation of open space such as these. why at&t picked 203 quintara is hard to understand. they were permitted to put the box in down the block. they had the ability. they that had resources to put the box down the block on the original subject that this man just talked about. at&t has been a little bit misleading. they put flyers in our mailboxes that weren't very truthfully accurate as to their intent. they did not seek to work with our neighborhood or at least with my portion of the neighborhood in their choosing of the spot though they claim. they did not get the community input. i claim they made this decision on their own wit

at&t did that. unfortunately, when the field location are person got out there she saw the same thing you see on the screen the appellant proposed two alternative locations one in the back of this heavily trespassed area that's on private property owned by city unfortunately, that's not a technically feasible site for at&t to install our cabinets require 12 and 6 foot cleaners that could only go in there if we cut the trees down the city wouldn't allow that. that election is on private property not the right-of-way so the only way at&t could install in the city gave at&t an easement the city is not interested in granting easements and rejected the need for easements. the other alternative location that the appellant suggested perhaps on the sidewalk in the right-of-way we thought that was a possible location, however, not ada requirement requires 48 inches of clearance and this violates guideline 2, 3, 5 and 8 and 13 of the place of employment guidelines which require that a minimum 4 feet of pedest
