we saw atlantic city police on the scene at bally's all morning and into the afternoon. police say the infant who had been born prematurely was first rushed from the hotel tower at bally's to atlantic care regional medical center here in atlantic city and airlifted to children's hospital of philadelphia where authorities say the baby was in critical condition. the circumstances of what caused the infant to end up in such a life threatening condition are what investigators are trying to determine. police tell us new jersey's division of child protection and permanency is among the agencies involved in the probe. now, we don't know who was here with the baby and how long they may have been at the casino. i reached out to a bally spokesperson as well. but she deferred me to law enforcement authorities since it is their case. again, i'm told that the atlantic county prosecutor's office is leading this investigation. i've reached out to a spokesman several times today to get more answers. as soon as i get those answers, we'll bring them to you. live in atlantic city, ted green
