it is coming across the bay bridge. look at high def doppler. we are also seeing it in the north bay, it has been raining in the north bay for several hours. if you are on 101 through marin or sonoma, plan on good rain and wet roads. but this is now where the bulls eye it. you can see rain coming across the bay. when you look at this view, it is the most telling one of the day. you are watching sheets of rain coming down at times along the bay bridge. that is it. you see the city here. there is oakland. we have a really good band of rain on top it. we are seeing heavier rain here. it is raining along the 101 and along the east bay shoreline. we have not gotten it in san jose but it is coming. here we are at 6:30. there is 10:00. when we get past 11:00 we get a break from the friday storm. then we need to take a breather and get ready. sunday's storm looks more impressive now than it did yesterday. now just from looking at the bay bridge, how many issues do you have out there. >> it is a laundry list of problems. check this out. it is slick out th

bay bridge, golden gate bridge as well. i will zoom in on 880 and you see we are tracking brake lights along 880. we have one accident north of fremont. in the fremont area 880 both directions still shut down due to flooding, standing water. there is a lot of that on major freeways, parts of 101 as you head into the city. we saw flooding there. keep in mind traffic lights are out in certain areas so if you are pulling up to an intersection where the traffic light is out, treat it as a four way stop. expect a lot of puddling, standing water, and wet weather as you hit the roads. not a lot of cars but we are tracking brake lights along the nimitz freeway, 880. let's check in with justin andrews. he is on 880 in fremont. look at the back up behind you. >> reporter: absolutely. we are on south bound 880. we couldn't even get to the flooded area because of all the traffic. it is backed up and goes for miles. 880 as you mentioned it shut down between thornton and i believe mallory avenues north and south bound directions. that's

time near the bay bridge. pretty wet along a 80 multiple accidents popping up 8.80, northbound south of davis street in san leandro, 8.80 northbound south west tennyson road and northbound north of little road there. so see multiple delays along with suggest traveling a long 5.80, or 2.38. but again, you can see you're seeing delays along all of the highways there, as you're traveling into the city. look at this. 2.80 north bound, south ocean avenue. that's our hot spot there. but again, all of the highways and freeways have an uptick in drive time. so would just say it's this one. a good alternate will be want to want or mission street a little further down in daly city highway one northbound ramp to northbound. there is an accident. there. 80 to be a good alternate around that. the richmond, sandra fell commute a little under 18 minutes as you head a richmond across towards sandra fell, the golden gate bridge about 15 minutes for your drive there. so you have the fog to try to contend with. then the red brid
