i just got off of the fault with the berkeley police departments. now that the sun is up, we can see tires that were / for tuesday to wednesday. we're at the exception of california at russell. tityras office, of course. the older prole does not know about that yet a most likely they simply do not have the money to fix their tires. a lot of people already here are on fixed incomes. look at this suv, you can see the back left tire was also slashed. 50 look around the neighborhood you can see that all of the other tires are intact. according to the berkeley police department ever did this tell-all with a knife or a screwdriver and slashed the tires which means you cannot even fix it. this higher cost hundreds of dollars to fix. some people have all four of their tires slashed. been with not only that, they were out of the day's pay because they could not get to work. most of this neighborhood, 99 percent of the tires are still intact and not a problem of many people overnight did not get a lot of sleep. i am sure they were peeking out of their windows
