thank you, now we want to head to bill martin. what is going on?tures at blue canyon look like object october. late december at that. we are in a dry pattern. december has been unproductive. the jet stream been driving everything to the north. ñnÑ-ñnçkñnñnthis high pressure over the top of us and we are setting up for certainly one of the dryest decembers we have seen -- really the top five there. are showers possible for the end of the month. this month isn't over yet. let's wait until that's done but we are on track for a very dry december and it's not a good sign for the water year. the jet stream well to the north and look at portland, portland right here and seattle north. they aren't getting rain. they are well below average as well. this isn't a foot print of that. l as nina is -- usually not a big deal. this is -- it's definitely not a good thing. there is no rain in the immediate forecast. when i come back we will look going to stay cold and we will look for that next big stormt. will take a few to get us to where we need to be. >> the pow
