what is the collective impact of all of this brianna? proposal would reduce tax revenue by 6.2 trillion dollars over ten years. clinton would raise it by $1.4 trillion. now, trump's team is taking issue with some of these estimates. especially the revenue estimate we just showed you saying it doesn't count the economic benefit that companies instead of paying tax will save that money, spend it on hiring more people, making investments, but critics say, look, when you raise debt, when you reduce revenue like that, you're probably going to raise debt and interest rates will rise, and problemably negate the positive impacts you just talked about. bottom line, it's really hard to see how trump's plan would help the average person day one, brianna. >> okay. and then what about say, him? she a wealthy person. you talked about how the wealthy will benefit from this. so if he was looking at his own tax bill, you know, how do we think that would sort of -- what would that look like under his plan? >> yeah. an excellent question. talking about tha

brianna keilar, let me start with you.seemed to be confused today when he was talking about obamacare. he said his employees are hurt by obamacare when in fact almost all of his employees are not on obamacare. there is private health insurance through the trump company that they use. he also said he doesn't use much obamacare, suggesting he is really not familiar with the affordable care act, what it does and what it doesn't do. >> he seemed to not know what he is talking about. this is a rudimentary knowledge about a policy that many republicans are against based on its merits and many democrats are for based on its merits. he doesn't possess it. what's astounding and i think astounding to republicans is that there are many criticisms he could make that would be fair or factual of obamacare. for instance, as we saw with the premium increase, he could make the case that the cost is a lot. he can make the case that we saw with the news coming out of the government that insurance companies are bailing from the exchanges. las

that's what really tells you where they're at. >> brianna, this new report that came out today saying obamacare premiums will be going up an average of 22% next year. that's going to make things difficult for clinton considering how closely she's tied her campaign to its supposed success. >> reporter: that's right. politically this is not good for hillary clinton or for president obama, but here's the bottom line as we see it. i think it's important for people to understand, 22% increase in the next year in premiums on -- through obamacare. these are the plans bought on the exchange. it was 7% last year. so that is a jump. now most people because they get subsidies on the exchange actually aren't going to feel that increase, but still, this is a sizable, the overall cost of the program is big. it's getting bigger and the big issue is choice. there's a number of states going into next year where people may go on the exchange to get a plan and only going to have one insurance company to choose from. >> our panel, jonathan tasini, christine quinn. patrick healy is here. trump supporters
