the dash cam video shows he was asking about the legal process. investigators have several people under around-the-clock surveillance in connection with a suspected plot to explode bombs in new york. that's when sources close to the investigation say some of them traveled to pakistan with najibullah zazi and are back in the u.s. now. zazi is facing conspiracy charges related to the bomb plot. he pleaded not guilty last week. a grand jury is considering more charges in the case. >>> this weekend insurgents carried out the deadliest attack on u.s. forces in afghanistan in more than a year. at least eight americans were killed saturday when hundreds of militants attacked their outpost in the nuristan province. the military says after a 12-hour battle the militants were finally pushed back and today two nato service members were killed in southern afghanistan. one of them was american. last week the top u.s. commander in afghanistan, general stanley mcchrystal, made a public plea for more troops. he has asked president obama for as many as 40,000 addi
