police believe 50 year old carlos romero and two other americans died trying to climb mount cook, new's highest mountain. romero was reported missing on monday when he and the others didn't arrive for their trip back home after the climb. well, major fines may hit santa clara valley health care because of allegations of illegally dumping drugs and human waste. beginning in november of last year, investigators made surprise inspections at three county owned hospitals o'connor, saint louise and valley medical center. the inspectors say they found antibiotics, fentanyl, human tissues, blood soaked gauze and vials of blood that were improperly thrown out in the trash. >> number one, to hold the county accountable for violating the law. number two, to make sure the county gets into compliance with these environmental and consumer protection laws quickly and completely. number three, to bring this important matter to the public's attention. >> the valley health care says it learned about these findings last month and immediately started corrective measures to deal with the problems raised b
