charley, over to you. >>> news time 5:33. to a developing story for you, the body of a missing boater has been found in middle river. sherman walden died while trying to save someone who had fallen overboard. abc 2 news' sharree johnson is here with more. sharee, how is the community getting ready to remember this man? >>reporter: charley, several hundred people are expected to turn out tonight for a vigil for sherman walden. he spent his life on the water and died trying to help others. a friend jumped off a boat and started to struggle. 57-year-old sherman walden wasted no time going in the water to try to save them. his body was recovered two days after he went under the water. an autopsy will determine his cause of death. his family says this is not the first time he was a hero. years ago his son remembers his dad pulling a person out of the ocean and performing cpr. in 1997, he and a friend ran into a burning home in harford county and it was just the kind of person he was, he never backed down from danger, but this time

charley crowson has been there all morning, joining us with more information. republican thank you, good morning. csx, the company that owned the train, of which 23 derailed has released the statement saying the train was headed from west virginia to baltimore and had derailed across the bridge in ellicott city. no crewmen or on the trains were injured or killed. the two dead were on the train, we have one of those names released, is elizabeth gnash. a number of crews from howard, baltimore, ntsb, they are there in ellicott city assessing the damage of the 23 overturned cars, coal is what they were carrying, much spread across downtown ellicott city. packing lots, near and around the tracks, some of the cars have been crushed. they have to go in, car for car, csx brought in cranes and apparatus to remove the cars, this is going to take a number of days. a number of people were enjoying a night at the phoenix emporium. many saying they head loud rumbling, bangs, they rushed outside before crews could get there and saw the scattered debris and mass train cars, 23
