it is now charlie baker. he testified before the senate.e saw some great lines of questioning from senators to which he falsely testified on several accounts -- specifically pertaining to what is going on in the federal courts. i was talking to the ncaa president at the time, mark emmert who said he unequivocally stood in his decision to allow leah thomas to swim with the women because it is based on science. privately he told me you keep going, you keep fighting. i look at him. how can you tell me to keep fighting when you are the one i am fighting. he said my hands are tied. i said who is tying your hands? you are the president of the ncaa. he said i do not want to lose federal funding and i do not want to get sued. i look at him and i said i am going to sue you and that is what i have been doing.
