philadelphia. the shootings happened across the city in the northern neighborhoods to central and western sections of philadelphia. in the latest incident a stray bullet blasted through the front door of this house on east walnut lane in germantown around midnight. police say shattered glass hit a woman standing near the door. she wasn't seriously hurt. police aren't sure who fired the bullet. one man was shot and killed and another hurt in kensington. this surviving victim is in stable condition. police have no suspects or motive. >>> about an hour before that one someone shot a 20-year-old in germantown. sky force 10 was in the air over east seamore street. no arrest or motive in this shooting either. minutes earlier someone shot man and woman in west philadelphia. the man was killed. sky force 10 was over that scene. the shooter drove away and hasn't been caught. the woman is listed in stable condition. >>> police say a motorcycle driver may have run a red light before crashing into a cab. it happened at porter street in germantown. he was taken to the hospital along with the woman riding with h

amtrak service not running in the northeast corridor between philadelphia and new york city. service canceled at this point. we don't know for how long. running on modified schedule between d.c. and philadelphia and between new york city and boston so you can take some trains at this point with amtrak between d.c. and philadelphia, new york city and boston. if you can get to trenton you can use your amtrak tickets because new jersey transit is honoring amtrak tickets between trenton and new york city. this is also affecting the atlantic city rail lines so you want to know between 30th street station and pennsauken. those trains will not run so a lot of cancellations a lot of modifications. this is also impacting the roads. i'll have more details on those detours in a few minutes matt and tam. >> thank karen. >>> now hundreds of fire and police officials are still there on the scene of that amtrak derailment right now. federal officials will be arriving later this morning to get going on their investigation into what caused this crash. >> here's what we know so far. at least fi

if you are traveling in and around center city philadelphia, you're moving well. i would say really generally speaking all over the place you look great. let's talk specifically the vine. if you are traveling on the vine street expressway, we do have construction zone. if you are commuting eastbound direction, so that's between the schuylkill and broad street. now you will notice folks are just flying on by. we still have cones set up compromise ago lane or two so it is one lane only. how much, it is still easy access if you are heading down toward 95, using the vine street expressway, you can definitely take an alternate. but really it is not really necessary. we don't have too much volume at all if any. if you are traveling on 95, this is 95 right around bridge street cottman avenue, we do have construction here, as well, again, it is affecting both sides. but because volume is solo, it not going to cause that much of a problem for you. in new jersey, trenton road still closed between route 30 and stokes, as a result after forest fire. soap, if you are traveling
