this complaint says she was fired from connor's staff because she refused his constant sexual harassment efforts. now, this stories was first broke by buzz feed late last night. their reporter, paul mack cloud is telling fox5 tonight a look at at the legal documents on this case shows numerous other women show similar stories about the long time lawmaker. there were other employees who essentially corroborated her statements and people were say ing that they were saying mr. \con\{con^}ier's touching female staffers inappropriate, rubbing their backs or their leg s even in front of people which some of these women said was humiliating and demeaning. it turns out that is only part ofhe in disee detroit has fouled he was the target of a federal suit in us district court. we are not revealing that woman's name, but buzz feed does tell fox5 tonight that the target in that suit is a different woman than the subject of their story. in that allegation buzz feed reviewed off the statements and affidavits against cnier. one of the job was to queep a list he was assumed of having affairs with and c

rosemary connors shows us the tribute and the latest on the investigation tonight. >> reporter: we are very interested in what additional witnesses may have to tell us. the ntsb will likely look at this cellphone video showing roy halladay flying high and low moments before the crash in the gulf of mexico off the coast of st. petersburg, florida. >> a lot of witnesses have said that the plane was maneuvering at low altitudes. >> reporter: this afternoon investigators waded into four feet of water to recover all of the wreckage from the icon a5 plane. halladay owned the first 2018 model manufactured by the company. the evidence includes two data recorders, but the plane was not equipped with a voice recorder. the aftermath shows the extent of the crash impact. the ntsb does not yet know how the beloved former phillies pitcher died but expects to have a preliminary report in seven to ten days. in the meantime investigators are trying to confirm bwhat they've learned so far. >> no mayday call was made. often it takes days for the information to come out and then we find out differently. i

rosemary: good morning, i'm rosemary connors for "nbc10@issue." politicians and many others can barely open their mouths these days without saying the mc word, middle class. but defining the middle class is much easier said than done. according to an american community survey from 2013, to be considered middle class in pennsylvania, you need a median household income of about $52,000 a year. in new jersey, it's $70,000. and in delaware, about $58,000. but there's more to those numbers. where the middle class lives, what they do, how they think may have as much of an impact when it comes to defining the middle class as their salary. joining me now are two experts who know more about the middle class in our area than just about anybody. larry eichel is the director of the philadelphia research initiative for the pew charitable trusts. the initiative released an extensive report on the city's middle class several years ago. also joining the conversation, ira goldstein, the president of policy solutions for reinvestment fund. reinvestment fund has don

i'm rosemary connors. it's 6:30 on this sunday. meteorologist krystal klei is keeping track of our weekend weather and a change in the weather. krystal, fill us in. >>> yeah, so we are going to start seeing temperatures gradually warm up. today is going to be a little better than yesterday. you can tell when you look at our temperature where they sit currently. we're at 32 right now in philadelphia. at 29 in wilmington. 23 mt. pocono. that's still cold but not the teens we saw yesterday. atlantic city, you're at 27 degrees. now for a look at what it feels like outside. most of the numbers are very close to or the exact same as the actual temperature. that's the big difference. yesterday it felt like the low teens across the entire map because the winds were about 10 to 15 miles an hour. today the winds are light and that's helping us out a lot. the only places that are reporting, meaning they're not calm, are very low value. so we're in good shape thanks to lighter winds this morning. on radar and satellite, some clouds. these are
