contra costa county law enforcement says, this man-- kyle navarro from el sobrante-- turned himself in this morning. on march 31st, police responded to cornelius drive. where they found nicholas callen, suffering from a gunshot wound. he was pronounced dead at the scene. michael mcqueen was arrested in connection with callen's death last week. a murder charge has been filed against navarro. a man's body has turned up in a dump near petaluma. now the sonoma county sheriff's office has to figure out how it got there -- and how the man died. deputies say, a preliminary investigation found no signs of foul play. an autopsy is set for friday. the body has been identified as that of a 39-year-old man. but his nameis not being released until deupties can find his family. in a lawsuit filed claimed he is the biological father of teen suicide victim audrie pott. and that audrie's legal parents. falsely claimed to be the teen's sole heirs. michael lazarin argues, he should be included in a wrongful death lawsuit, as her father. 15 -year old audrie pott committed suicide in 20-12. after being sex
